Technical support for medical equipment is offered either with the item you purchased or for a fixed fee.

If you’re in need of a technician, we offer remote support to help you diagnose and find replacement parts for your equipment.

Please send an e-mail to explaining your problem and attaching images relevant to it in order to help us solve the issue as quickly as possible. In some cases we may need to establish a videocall so it is advised to be prepared accordingly.
