Technical support for medical equipment is offered either with the item you purchased or for a fixed fee.

If you’re in need of a technician, we offer remote support to help you diagnose and find replacement parts for your equipment.

Please send an e-mail to tech@micromedparts.com explaining your problem and attaching images relevant to it in order to help us solve the issue as quickly as possible. In some cases we may need to establish a videocall so it is advised to be prepared accordingly.
